Order Cancellation by Customer

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first.

Orders for custom boots or made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances as they are crafted specifically for you.
Cancellation Refunds
- If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
- No cancellation fee is charged unless payment gateway charges apply, which will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
