1. Returns & Exchanges
At Lleuw Skates, we strive to provide you with the best skating products and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited return and exchange policy, as outlined below.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been:
- Skated in
- Heat-molded
- Mounted
- Worn or show any signs of use
⚠️ Important: If you intend to keep inline wheels and frames, do not insert bearings into them or attach them to boots. These cannot be returned or exchanged once altered.
Custom Boots
- No returns or exchanges are allowed on custom boots, as they are made specifically to your measurements and requirements.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Return shipments must be insured and prepaid by the customer.
- Items must be securely packed; any shipping damage is the responsibility of the sender.
- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 days, provided the item meets our return criteria.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically reflect within 2–3 business days after initiation.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Warranty Policy
All Lleuw Skates products are covered under a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to manufacturing defects only.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- General wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, crashes, or accidents
- Overheating issues from improper heat molding
- Use of washers or non-recommended modifications between boot and frame
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Order number
- Model number and purchase date
- Description of the issue and how it occurred
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective part (marking the issue with arrows is helpful)
- Your full name, contact number, address, and email as it appears on the original order
If the product was purchased from one of our partner stores or distributors, please return to the original point of purchase with your receipt. We will assist the store in resolving your claim.
